1. Educational Background

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Advanced degrees such as an MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management are highly preferred for senior-level positions.

• Relevant industry certifications like APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma are advantageous.

2. Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, consulting, or a related field. For senior positions, we seek individuals with 7+ years of hands-on experience in the industry.

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or Data Analytics platforms is a plus.

• Leadership experience is essential for managerial roles. Experience in managing teams and projects is highly valued.

3. Technical Skills

• • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python is valuable for monitoring inventory levels, tracking temperature logs, and analyzing storage efficiency.

  • Experience with cold chain management systems like SAP, Oracle SCM, or Microsoft Dynamics to manage warehouse operations, track shipments, and ensure compliance with temperature-sensitive logistics.

  • Knowledge of cold storage modeling, demand forecasting, and route optimization techniques to reduce spoilage, improve turnaround time, and streamline distribution planning.

4. Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
